Colleagues' 

follow-up to my earlier request i went to reconfigure my borrowers db config and am getting the following error message 
Prefix for the borrower number (am using CO_ as my prefix) 

/abcd/www/bases/users/loans/en/loans_uskey.tab 
Warning : fopen(/abcd/www/bases/users/loans/en/loans_uskey.tab) [ function.fopen ]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\ABCD\www\htdocs\central\circulation\borrowers_configure_update.php on line 49
