1. image/photo upload error

when i upload my users photos am getting the following error;


Fatal error: Call to undefined function preg() in
C:\ABCD\www\htdocs\central\dataentry\upload_img.php on line 46

2. when transacting in LOANS module i.e. LOAN, RETURN, RENEW the following
error appears;
