I have checked that PHP and it seems to be quite complete, except for the YAZ module (for Z39.50) which won't work on this server unless they are prepared to add it to their PHP configuration.
ABCD in principle will work well with IIS, since IIS also uses the same two parameters : the DocumentRoot (for the ABCD/www/htdocs folder) and the ScriptAlias (for the ABCD/www/cgi-bin folder), but they use different names. So if you can install the ABCD/www/htdocs folder in an IIS Virtual Directory (acting as DocumentRoot) or in the already defined basic folder for the web-pages - something like \InetPub\www - and the cgi-bin into the IIS scripts-folder, it could work. Since you don't have access rights to create Virtual Directory, as I suppose, you might need to install directly into the real Directory in which IIS wants its web-pages to be (that is the DocumentRoot of Apache).
You might end up running into problems however with the iAH interface, exactly as we found out on your Linux-server : it seems iAH is not as flexible as other modules for being run in other non-standard folders. BIREME people should tell us how to tackle this but they remain silent...

Hola Guilda!!!!
Te cuento que estoy tratando de colgar el ABCD en un hosting Windows que contratamos y no pueden dejarme poner el Apache
Ellos me dicen a mi pregunta de poner la carpeta ABCD y su propio Apache esto:

Los proveedores de web hosting compartido, como nosotros, ya proveemos un tipo de servidor web instalado que no puede modificarse, porque lo utilizan ustedes y el resto de los clientes alojados en el mismo equipo

El software servidor de correo que brindamos nosotros se llama Internet Information Server y es el propio de Windows. Apache es otro software servidor web al cual nosotros no damos soporte y no podemos instalar porque es incompatible con la configuración de nuestros servidores. Apache no es un simple programa, es un servidor web.
Probablemente colocando las rutas apropiadas en su aplicación debería funcionar igual, salvo que sí o sí por alguna razón particular funcione sólo sobre Apache y no sobre otro tipo de servidor web.
Le paso la ruta absoluta de la carpeta httpdocs en el disco:
c:\inetpub\vhosts\haciendapublica.com.ar\httpdocs
Si necesita saber las configuraciones de PHP, le he subido el siguiente script a su sitio para que las vea:

Si contacta al proveedor de la aplicación informele que usted desea instalar esa aplicación en el siguiente entorno:
Sistema Operativo: Windows 2003
Servidor web: IIS 6
PHP Version 5.2.13 (modo ISAPI)

La pregunta Guilda es: ¿Puedo poner el ABCD donde ellos me dicen? ¿O solo corre con Apache?
