You can do most of the conversion using Winisis, because

    a) you can set the line lenth to any value, and 0 is for MARC
    b) you can set the subfield delimiters
    c) you can set a conversion FST

the only thing you cannot do is the transfer of the values of the bytes
in the leader section of the ISO record (which can be important to you
or not)
Therefore to do a full conversion you should use CISIS mx1660.exe
(Please use version 1660 because mx.exe is not full fledged for marc
conversion)

*a) from MARC to ISIS, *
     we define fields from 32000 to receive the leader bytes, so
v32005, v32006 etc will get the values from the Leadr
     gizmodelim is a gizmo file to convert subfield delimiter ? to *^*

*  mx1660   mybase_marc  iso=marc=outbase.iso   isotag1=32000
gizmo=gizmodelim  now -all tell=100*

*b)   from ISIS to MARC*
      data to transfer to leader bytes should be in fields
32000+offset ABCD and IsisMarc assumes you are using these fields

*mx1660  mybase_isis  iso=marc=outbase.iso   outisotag1=32000
gizmo=gizmocaret  now -all tell=100
*
Attached are the  gizmofiles
