[Isis-users] Prestamos en EmpWeb

Hi,

the identifier EmpWeb uses for the user is the ' barcode' or user-ID in field 20.
But in EmpWeb there is some 'mapping' (to XML-files) to allow databases and fields (even subfields) to be defined as the keys for retrieval.

I suggest you first use the ' query'  option to test if both the user and the object can be correctly identified. If one of these fails, the transactions of course will also fail.
In addition EmpWeb will check many conditions (e.g. is the user still valid, has less fines than the maximum defined etc., does the object belong to the library you are logged in, are there copies available for loans etc.), so quite often it will reject the transaction but report the reason. Please try to be more specific for further assistance.

Hola a todos!!

En el modulo de préstamo del EmpWeb  se pide el ID de usuario, para realizar un prestamo. Se supone que esos usuarios son los enlazados a los usuarios que estan en ABCD. Creo un nuevo usuario, con todos sus datos, pero cuando intento prestar en el EmpWeb, no carga nada. El sistema responde "no se encontraron resultados".

Ya esta todo bien instalado. Las bases estan reiniciadas todas en cero (0).
Donde cargo los datos del documento a prestar?

Por favor, alguien me arroje luz al respecto.
