Cette question a été discutée déjà plusieurs fois sur la liste.
Windows 7 est 64 bits et winisis ne fonctionne pas sur cette plateforme. 
Ce qu'il vous faut, c'est ABCD ou Jisis.

I Need help please!
When I try to install winisis on my computer with windows 7 I get the following 
message :

THE VERSION OF THIS FILE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE VESRION OF WINDOWS YOU'RE 
RUNNING. CHECH YOUR COMPUTER'S SYSTEM INFORMATION TO SEE WHETHER YOU NEED 
AN  x86 (32-bit) or x64(64-bit) VERSION OF THE PROGRAM AND THEN CONTACT THE 
SOFWARE PUBLISHER.
COULD YOU HELP ME PLEASE
