[Isis-users] SECS-WEB problem

Hi,

I again worked with SECS-WEB: I an access, etc. but I can't add a new 
record. Went through all the steps, but at the end when saving, the 
error messages that I do do have the permission, and nothing is saved.
Is there a manual available for SECS-Web? I could not find any on the 
ABCD website.
