[Isis-users] Database lock

Colleagues'

one of my databases is showing the following error messages;

DATABASE EXCLUSIVE WRITE LOCK=1

when i click on utilities to unlock database this message appears coming
soon, when i try the utilities option in data entry mode nothing happens,
and i've to log out to access other options.

what is the solution.
