[Isis-users] Suspend/Fines

Colleagues'

when i try to activate suspend/fine for a particular user

i get this error message on Borrower Statement

USER DOES NOT EXIST...

but the with same user i can do the rest of the transactions i.e. loan,
renew, return, only supend/fine cant execute.
