[Isis-users] Conversion de caracteres ascii oem a ansi

Hola Juan,

I think you can do the following:
1) export your database on an ISO file
2) import the database from the ISO file into J-ISIS using the right
encoding.
3) export the database from J-ISIS using the right encoding

Then you can reload your database from the converted ISO file
