Dear Yaseen,
Where on the Unesco website can you actually download Winisis?
I only find the old notice that you must contact distributors or send in a
formal request...


But Bireme has a download at
http://bvsmodelo.bvsalud.org/php/level.php?lang=es&component=28&item=8
