[Isis-users] On the data base EMSG in WInISIS

Dear Gen:

The EMSG database is the message database of the DOS version of CDS/ISIS.
Presumably it was placed here by Del Bigio or another Unesco programmer
while they were developing the Windows version, and they forgot to delete
it before creating the installer.
