You can share the folder on the computer where the master database is connected  and map with a local drive letter on the other users machines with read only access permissions to the folder
Install winisis on all the users and open the database files by pointing to the mapped drives.

I want to put my database on our local network, so that every staff can access it in their own respective desk (able to search and browse the records). But data entry or modification of the database definition will be done only by me. Could anyone help me out on this issue.
