Don't use port 8080 as it is the default for Tomcat, Jetty...
The new version(s) of ABCD are - as far as Apache is concerned - exactly the same for installing. Unzip the package in the root of a harddisk.

I am using apache. I changed the port the port 80 to 8080. But it dosn't work. I wont to know if ABCD 1.2 is installed as the same way as in windows 7 or is different way when when try to install it in windows server? Where shoud I unzip the ABCD package.

Hello,

the problem must be with Apache. Is there a way to connect to your server to check something? I don't have Windows 8 here (not the desktop, not the server) and also won't have it soon - I don't like the new tiles-based interface (which is in fact for tablets and touchscreens).
Are you using Apache or IIS maybe already on that server for some other application ?
