Did you check the 'allow' settings for Apache configuration ?
If it says e.g. 'allow for 127.0.0.1, localhost' it will not allow access from outside.

please assist, i need help in installing abcd ver 1.2, when i put a fresh copy, its installing fine and i can see it through local host but i cant see it on network when i enter the ip adress of the server.



        i uninstalled antivirus, disabled firewall but still not working please help
