Quisiera lelvar mi base de datos en winisis para ABCD, pero no tengo idea de
como ahcerlo, quisiera saber si aqui en la Habana hay alguien que me pueda
asesorar.

tombo. Tem como eu configurar a base facic.mst no m?dulo de Empr?stimos
para fazer empr?stimo e devolu??o de revistas?

Esa es la idea, pero la conexi?n entre Secs-web con el modulo de
prestamos todav?a no fue programada
pensamos hacerlo en los pr?ximos meses, para ese objetivo fue contratado
un programador que comenzar? a trabajar con nosotros en marzo.
Para completar el proyecto ABCD original quedan solamente dos m?dulos
que se har?n este a?o
1) conexi?n de Secs-web con el pr?stamo
2) gesti?n de tesauros

On the ABCD Web site I tested the search in Secs-Web, but it does not work
for me. I kept the configuration for the TITLE database as it was. Is there
something that has to be changed?

desafortunadamente no tenemos una versi?n de CISIS ni WWWISIS para Solaris.
Eso porque no tenemos el sistema operativo Solaris en la oficina. Quiz?s
alguna instituci?n tenga interese en apoyar con un equipo con Solaris para
que podamos acceder remotamente y intentar una compilaci?n.
Copio a nuestro gerente de TI para conocimiento.

y eso lo deberias probar, porque las veces que hice instalaciones para
Solaris, hace muchos a?os
tuvimos que pedir a Bireme que hiciera una compilacion especial

Efectivamente yo tenia conocimiento de esa situaci?n, porque hace como
ocho a?os atr?s tuve que instalar el iAH en un servidor Solaris que
usaba una organizaci?n de derechos humanos en Uruguay, y recuerdo que
Adalberto hizo una compilaci?n especial del wwwisis para se servidor,
porque no hay una versi?n est?ndard para ese sistema opertavio
Si alguna instituci?n en la red puede ofrecer acceso a un servidor son
ese SysOp ser?a interesante

Dear Colleague,
Weblis is still a product of the ISIS family: it uses ISIS databases. You
only need to convert your databases to the Weblis structure, using basic
ISIS techniques like FST and PFT. Moreover you can stay as close to you
original database structure as you like. Of course, this is easier to say
than to do...
