the best and easiest way to do it is
1) export in Windows to an ISO file
2) when FTP the file to the Linux server:  check tha option ASCII, 
because if you keep the default option as binary
you get this problem
Unless you transfer the file as TEXT (not binary, not auto)  you have 
problem
