[Isis-users] Undefined offset: 2

Dear Friends,
When I try to open a data base in ABCD I get this error:Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in C:\wamp\www\ceicm.unicv.edu.cv\central\dataentry\inicio_main.php on line 117
The configuration of my config.php is in attachment.
Can someone help me please?
