This error occurs when the wrong JDK is installed. It seems you have a
mixture of Java JDK 1.7.0_21 and others. I would suggest to clean Java
(remove All) and install latest JDK, or at least JDK 1.7.0_45.

 This should solve the problem. Be careful to download the right JDK
1.7.0_45 (64-bits or 32-bits), and check that only JDK 1.7.0_45 is
installed.
