Encontré un problema en el config_extended.php que se distribuyó.

Lo que quiero hacer con ese script es leer parámetros particulares para el
procesamiento de una base de datos, que reconfiguren los establecidos en el
config.php, inclusive la versión del cisis a utilizar.  Tenía un error de
lógica por el cual siempre cambiaba la ruta de ejecución del wxis.exe
cuando detectaba la presencia del archivo dr_path.def en la carpeta de la
base de datos. A mi me funcionaba bien porque las rutas de ejecución
estaban adecuadas a mi máquina.

Anexo un nuevo config_extended.php el cual se coloca en la misma carpeta
del config.php.  Prueba y me avisas para generar una nueva distribución.
Voy a documentar bien el wiki el uso de esta opción de reconfiguración
