[Isis-users] circulation module

Colleagues,

am using ver 1.3 with updated central patches, but now encountering the
following;

1. Circulation/loans module
when i select LEND, Databases it shows mydatabase instead LOANSOBJECT

problem does not show me my accession numbers. instead shows author list
because its picking mydatabase instead of loansobject database.

how can i configure or rectify this problem?

2.  strangely i have seen that under users administration CREATE, i
complete all details and update (save) but it now gives me an error message

Name missing
login  missing
password missing

gives me an edit  option at the bottom, and when i repeat the same
procedure it still gives me same error and cannot move from that particular
windowand i have to close the tab and login again.
