[Isis-users] 403 Forbidden

Hi,
I'm using ABCD 2.0b on Windows 7. Everything works fine with localhost but when I use the IP it gives an error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

I've tried doing this before on ver. 1.0 and it worked.Please help..
