Hi Renate,
On my Windows 8.1 your screen shot looks OK. There are no problems with
diacritics. So. it may be a problem due to the configuration of your
Windows Server 2008 R2.
Regards,
Edwin

Renate

Are you using Apache or IIS under Windows Server 2008?
The problem has to do with the charset defined in your httpd server

Ernesto

May you check what is the definition of the charset in your httpd.conf
of Apache?

I think that the problem is with your Apache setting
