Dear CDS-ISIS users,
Please find for your consideration the 15 February Release Candidate of
J-ISIS. The Release Candidate (*RC*) is a beta version with potential to be
a final product, which is ready to release unless significant bugs
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_bug> emerge.

The new pick list features (field and subfield level) introduced in J-ISIS
15 February 2016 RC are described in the following document:

Apologies for the huge delay between the 23 March 2015 release and this
new Release Candidate.
The Release Candidate of Web-JISIS with user managements is near ready but
yet under testing, it should be available in a couple of weeks. And
unfortunately, the J-ISIS Reference Manual needs yet to be updated to
reflect the new 15 February J-ISIS RC features, this should be done in the
forthcoming months.
As usual, I would be very grateful if you could take the time to try
J-ISIS. All your comments, suggestions, improvement requests and bug
descriptions are welcome.
Best wishes,
Jean-Claude
