[Isis-users] thesaurus in lower case in ABCD

Hi Piet.

I added the option for picking terms from a thesaurus from a subfield.  The
field must be defined in the FDT as a group with n subfields and one of
them can have the access to the thesaurus

autoridades.pft is whatever you have defined for extracting the terms from
the thesaurus

In the dataentry format you will have:

​Please place dibujarhojadeentrada.php in central/dataentry; index.php  and
perm.php in central/tesaurus
