Release 1.2.3 fixes some important bugs reported by the users and includes
some minor enhancements such as adding a border to the pick list selection
dialog.

Parts of the source code has been refactored to benefit from the new
features offered by Java 7 and 8.
FixesFix #1 <https://github.com/J-ISIS/J-ISIS/issues/1>

The J-ISIS Menu Bar “Database” was missing some menu items when the Spanish
language was selected by setting the -J-Duser.language=es
-J-Duser.country=ES in jisis_suite.conf file. Thank you to Leandro Guzman
from Columbia who took the time to report this problem. The Spanish menu
item for “Data Entry” has been updated as it was changed since the
translation was done.
Fix #2 <https://github.com/J-ISIS/J-ISIS/issues/2>

Pick Lists that take the pick list items from another database using the
PFT REF and LR functions was producing pick list items embedded between the
HTML <span></span> tags and thus were not displayed correctly in the pick
list selection dialog. This is now fixed, and thank you to Ricardo
Cossalter from Argentina who took the time to report this problem.
Here is below an example of this kind of pick list command

701:choice:sort:add::'Auteurs. Rétablir éventuellement les < > dans le
bordereau'/ref->autor(lr->autor(('AUTEUR')),v2^a,,|^p|v2^b/)
Fix #3 <https://github.com/J-ISIS/J-ISIS/issues/3>

PrintSort: Selecting an output directory for printing to a file was not
effective, the default directory was always used. Thank you to Albert
Lemort from Belgium who took the time to report this problem.
Fix #4 <https://github.com/J-ISIS/J-ISIS/issues/4>
Global Change: The message displayed in the status/progress bar was always
“Global Add” even for “Global Replace” and “Global Delete”. Thank you again
to Albert Lemort from Belgium who took the time to report this problem.
