seguramente el formato SHORTCUT tiene error de sintaxis
para ver si es así, deberías aislarlo
para eso en el archivo .def debes anular esta línea de la manera siguiente

*F_ILE SHORTCUT.IAH=%path_database%corre/pfts/%lang%/shortcut.pft*

De esa manera lo desactivas y mira si funciona
