Normally it is working under both Windows versions. I have used it on Windows 7 and Windows 10. What exactly does it do / not do under Windows 7?

Não consigo fazer funcionar z3950 em Windows 7. Funciona bem no Windows 10 mas não no Windows 7. Não vejo diferença em relação ao windows 10. Alguém sabe tudo o que deve ser checado para configurar z3950? Ou não funciona em Windows 7?

I can make working z3950 on Windows 7. It works fine on Windows 10 but not on Windows 7. I didn't see any difference between Win 10 and Win 7. Does anyone know everything that should be checked for z3950? Or does it not work on Windows 7?
