Hi Sonia,

The OPAC (iah) has its own logic, which is in the DEF file. Look at the prefixes that are defined in there: are they also in your index (in the FST)?  If so, are they realy in the index (test it with ifkeys)? What is in your basic index? Test that too. Go step by step. As long as the OPAC can at least retrieve something the rest will follow. You say the OPAC at least works for some words. Follow those words: why are they found? What is the difference between the indexing of those words and that of the others that are not found?

Estimados
Necesito ayuda con el OPAC de ABCD, tengo una base de datos realizada a partir de la base MARC que viene con el sistema (4266 registros). Las búsquedas en el módulo central no tienen dificultades, pero cuando voy a buscar en el opac, la página inicio que hace búsqueda por palabras, solo me funciona en el caso de alguna palabras y en otras aunque estén incluida en los registro no me recupera nada(en cero). y el enlace de filtro de búsqueda, que aparece en esta página de inicio, no me conduce a ningún lugar.


Si logro entrar a la búsqueda más avanzada, a veces desde el índice  me encuentra los registros y a veces no, además los índices aparecen desconfigurados y no como se visualizan en el módulo central.

Si alguien me pudiera ayudar, porque ya me están exigiendo garantizar la búsqueda para los usuarios en el opac.
