[Isis-users] Problem with diacritics in ABCD 2 .0f

Prezados,
Eu instalei ABCD 2.0f  para Windows e não consigo resolver o problema de
diacríticos  (letras com acento). Observei que no index.php consta <META
http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">. Em
ABCD.def está UNICODE=0. Na tela inicial ABCD: Encoding ansi. Alguém pode
ajudar? Ver prints anexo.

I installed ABCD 2.0f for Windows and can't solve the diacritic problem
(accented letters). I noticed that in index.php there is <META
