Hola, Aldo,

La línea de abajo dice que hay un Apache ejecutándose en otra ubicación:

07:35:43 a. m. [main] Directorio de instalación de XAMPP: "c:\abcd\abcd\"

Como ya se ha informado en este foro, no es posible que existan dos
servidores en el mismo ordenador.
Puedes desinstalar el Apache antiguo, sin eliminarlo, simplemente
desinstalando el servicio como se explica en este tutorial.
