Aldo,

Todos los mensajes se refieren al mismo error: el intento de ejecutar un
Apache con otro activo.
Desactiva uno para activar el otro.
Es imposible ejecutar un Apache en el directorio c:/abcd y otro en c:/xampp.
Los mensajes tienen su origen en el mismo error.
