Hello, everyone!

Answering a little late, I suggest whenever there is this error message to
run the URL:
http://localhost:9090/cgi-bin/wxis?hello

Even with the wrong permissions, ABCD should authenticate itself:
- cgi module is correctly enabled;
- rewrite mode is enabled;
- the virtual host configuration is pointing to the correct paths.

Sometimes it doesn't authenticate because of the permissions on the base
folder, so just apply the chmod 777 command.

It's important to create a checklist when installing ABCD based on its
structure. The ABCD 2.2 installation is much cleaner than previous
versions, so there shouldn't be many variations in errors.
