in an electronic format, many libraries are already using a
system that allow them to « loan » an electronic document -
through download - for a specific period of time - after
which the downloaded file becomes unusable - and the
library’s copy becomes available again. This automatic return
of a borrowed files is necessary to comply with copyright
laws.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This features looks to me more and more as
necessary.<o:p></o:p></p>
