<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="EN-US">The format of Lucene
indexes has changed with Lucene 4.x</span></p>

<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="EN-US">If you are using
databases with old index format, you may have the problem. If you click on "Browse
Dictionary" and nothing is displayed or if the Search doesn't provide
suggestions either in J-ISIS or Web-JISIS (you need to type 2 characters in
Web-JISIS), then this is the case.</span></p>

<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="EN-US">SOLUTION:</span></p>

<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="EN-US">1) Open the directory
/indexes/master of the database and delete all the files which are in this
directory</span></p>

<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="EN-US">2) Re-index the
database in J-ISIS</span></p>

<p class=""><span style="font-size:10pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"" lang="EN-US">Sorry for the inconvenience.</span></p>
