Hello,

as far as I know a database of any previous ABCD-version can be used in the version 1.2t (and later 2.0) without any migration necessary. There have not been any changes re the database-structures. So you can simply copy the database-folders (and .par and .DEF files in the par-subfolder) to the new ABCD installation.
There are (quite some) new features in the FDT but the 'old' ones are all still there. The change of some 'field-types' to 'input types' is expected to be done automatically. Please inform us if you have a problem with that.
The procedure to create and migrate a database from Micro CDS/ISIS or WinISIS to ABCD is available in the manual 'ABC of ABCD'. The chapter involved for the new version of the manual is available as a draft at the website 'http://abcd.netcat.be/files' at the lower part.
In essence it means that the existing FDT, FST and PFT can be 'copied' from exisiting databases and the ISO-export of your records can be imported into ABCD. In reality since ABCD is - as you said - 'web isis', many typical DOS or WINDOWS features of the PFT cannot be used and need to be replaced by WWW-equivalents, for which ABCD offers a nice wizard to create such PFT's.
For the FST you would best re-work the FST to use prefixes of 3 characters : 2 + '_' .
Hello Egbert,

There are many details to a database, from a previous version of the ABCD,
work correctly on a new version of ABCD, for example:
Copy the folders:
acces \ data
MyDatabase \
circulation \
copies \ data \
loanobject \ data
par \ MyDataBase.par
trans \ data
users \ data
www \ htdocs \ MyDatabase

Reviewing files as php \ php.ini and apache2.4 \ conf \ httpd.conf.

I would like to know if there is a document which has information in detail
about this process?

Thanks
Subcampo c
1000#$aBlack Foot,$cChief,$dd. 1877$c(Spirit)
?Subcampos a y b
260##$aParis :$bGauthier-Villars
;$aChicago :$bUniversity of Chicago Press,$c1955.
?Subcampo n
24010$aInstitutiones.$nLiber
2.$nCapitulum
?Subcampo z
650#0$aReal property$zMississippi$zTippah
County$vMaps.
?

mx mibase gizmo=migizmo create=mibase2 now -all
