each language needs a set of messages and menu files under /msg
& menu/<br>

for each language you will have the following set of files:
ms??.* where ?? is the language code, so you have mses.*
mspt.*<br>
the EMSG.* database is the standard set of mSessages in English
of Isis for ms-dos<br>

Wenke is right, you can delete these files<br>
