I upgraded from ABCD 1.2 directly to 1.4, bypassing 1.3.<BR>

When issuing an item on loan, I  get the following error message:<BR>

Where does this problem come from?<BR>

Can the problem be that I did not upgrade to version 1.3?<BR>
