My Spaninsh is almost unexisting... but if I am right your problem is that the systems says that some dll files are not present. Just add C:\ABCD\php\ to your Windows path so that the system can find these dll files.<br>

<div>Estimados listeros instale ABCD la versión 1.4 donde ya había otra versión 1.3 la desintalé pero cuando termina de cargar no se puede llamar al programa ya que el apache arroja un error de la falta de una archivos de php pero los problemas persisten aún
que los archivos iccuc46.dll y byaz4.dll está que puede estar pasando..<br>
