the 23 March 2015 release and this new 
Release Candidate. </span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span class=""><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black;background-image:initial;background-repeat:initial">The Release Candidate of Web-JISIS with user
managements is near ready but yet under testing, it should be available in a
couple of weeks. And  unfortunately, the
J-ISIS Reference Manual needs yet to be  updated
to reflect the new 15 February J-ISIS RC features, this should be done in the forthcoming
months. </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif"></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span class=""><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black;background-image:initial;background-repeat:initial"><br></span></span></p>
