If "List as" starts with "@" please check that the pft is returning the Mfn. <br><br>If you need, in the dataentry process, to create an authority list with the main entry index for copying the codes to the data base, the pft referred in the "list as" column of the fdt must be coded as follows:<br><br><pre> case xx: Vxx,'$$$' if e4=1 then f(mfn,1,0) else vxx fi</pre><pre><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Where xx is the tag of the main entry index. I copied a database from an existing one with <b>exactly </b>the same formats. I want to copy some of the records into the new one, making use of the copy from another database option. However, when I select the source database and clicking on a number in the left pane, I get the following warning, and I just get an empty worksheet.<br>
When I try to copy from another database which has a <b>similar </b>format with a few differences, it works.<br>
Any pointer what the problem could be?<br>
