This week our Ubuntu server was upgraded from 12.04 to 16.04.<BR>

After opening a database and opening data entry, I get the following error message <BR>

And then the bar with the tool buttons (the arrows, searching etc.), is not accessible any more.  see screen shot.<BR>

please advise what the problem could be.<BR>
