<p>from the screenshot I see something very weird : you are running iAH (the OPAC, main screen part) from inside the Central screen (top part of the screen) ??</p>

<p>Please first try to fully re-index your database and see whether that works o.k. The error message indicates some corruption in one of the inverted file parts (marc.cnt).
<br>
</p>
<p>Best is to test in a terminal as then there are more clear error messages which are suppressed inside the ABCD-interface.</p>
<p>Remember the command is (inside marc-database data-folder) : <br>
</p>
<p>mx marc fst=@ fullinv/ansi=marc</p>
<p>and check if there are any errors reported.</p>
<p>If you do this as 'root' then change file attributes afterwards, e.g.</p>
<p>chown www-data:www-data *</p>
<p>chmod -R 777 *<br>
</p>
<p>Then try again to search.<br>
