<p>yes, as indicated on the download page, this is only an upgrade on an existing installation, therefore only containing the folders which have changed, i.e. htdocs/central, htdocs/opac_abcd and the new messages files in bases/lang.</p>

<p>A full new release for installation from scratch will be available later.</p>
