<p>In principle : yes, because OPAC also uses IsisScript and therefore the parameter 'parm=reverse' is available, which presents the records in the reverse order, the 'normal' order being from older to newer, newer records being added at the end of the database.

<p>To implement this as a selectable feature in the interface is another matter, but should be do-able. I can see in several OPAC-scripts in PHP already the parameter 'reverse' is in fact set to 'ON'.
