If you unpacked the installation zip in another location you can
search for this file. Look for .../htdocs/central/config.templ<b>a</b>te<br>

a una estudiante en Perú, a instalar el ABCD. Ya pasó por el
proceso de descarga e instalación de XAMPP (exitoso),
descarga e instalacion de ABCD ( edición de nombres de
carpetas, edición de httpd.conf de APACHE añadiendo el
contenido de vhost_ABCD_9090_Windows) tambien exitoso, pero en
esta parte al colocar en el navegador <a
href="http://localhost:9090/" moz-do-not-send="true"
class="moz-txt-link-freetext">http://localhost:9090/</a></div>

exist, is empaty or unreadable</div>

<div>Steps to resolve this:</div>
<div>1.- Copy central/config.php.templete to central/config.php</div>
<div>2.- Edit central/config.php to reflect your local situation
and save it</div>
<div>3.- Check permissions and owner ship the webserver be able
to read the file</div>
<div>4.- Reload page</div>
