Hello,

Excel to WINISIS:

1.      From Excel, Use SAVE AS option [DBF3 (dBASE III) (*.dbf)] to save the Excel File into the
        dBase III [XLS to DBF]
2.      Run DB3ISO* to convert dBase file to ISO File [DBF to ISO]
3.      Define the structure in ISIS/WINISIS and import it without/with reformatting FST.

*DB3ISO is an utility to convert dbase files to ISO files. Visit ttp://library.wur.nl/isis/software.html

WINISIS to Excel:

1.      In WINISIS, Open the Database and Export to ISO File.
2.      Run ISODB3* to convert ISO file to dBase File (*.dbf)
3.      Open the *.dbf file in Excel.
