[Isis-users] SeCS-Web: Creating new records for titles

Hi,
I worked on secs-web to test it, but when I want to add a new record for 
a journal itle, after I have gone through all the steps, te record can't 
be saved - 'permission denied'. I am using ABCD on Windows. Tested on 
Linux, but the same problem. Check the permissions, and they are set to 
read , write and execute. Even with multiple tries, it is the ssame.
Any idea whate the problem could be?
