[Isis-users] Locked database

Good morning,
We can't access a database anymore as it is locked. When trying the 
option 'Utilities' from 'Home' or database administration, it says 
'coming soon'. From the data entry menu one does not have access to the 
database anymore. I know how to unlock it with Cisis, but what about 
users who do not have any knowledge about Cisis? When will this function 
be added to Cisis?
