updated but with some fundamental information on J-ISIS

Major bug fixes and improvements:
** Fixed the problem when mixing <...> indexing terms and HTML.
** You may be interested by a partial implementation of WinISIS "filing
Information" i.e. ignoring <The> or <An> in sorting.
** highlighting of search terms in records displayed using any PFT
** Network testing and record locking
** New indexing technique 9 for sentences
** etc...
Sorry for releasing two version of J-ISIS in such a short time, but this is
part of Open Source strategy and strength. This is most probably the latest
2012 J-ISIS release. Thank you for your support and taking the time to try
J-ISIS.
I hope you will enjoy this new release. All your comments, suggestions,
improvement requests and bug descriptions are welcome.
